Announcements for the Week of 6/29/2025
1. The ushers will now take the Peter’s Pence second collection. Thank you for all your donations!
2. Thank you to all parish groups and volunteers who helped with the Corpus Christi Procession.
3. Thank you to all volunteers, parents, and youth who helped make VBS True North great this year. We had mountains of fun this week!
4. St. John’s Parish will be hosting a youth retreat July 25 through 27. If you’re interested, please see the flyer on the bulletin board for more information.
5. Due to the secretary having a medical appointment, the parish office will open at 10 AM this coming Monday, June 30. Tuesday through Thursday will have normal hours.
6. In observance of Independence Day, the parish office will be closed on Friday, July 4th.
7. Fr. Jarek will be on vacation from July 1st to the 31st. Please pray for him for safe travels. Fr. Mike Buentello, who served in our parish during Fr. Jarek’s surgery and recovery, will serve again in the parish during Fr. Jarek’s vacation.
8. Now, our parish coordinator for the parking lot project, Gabriel Ortega, will share more details with us.
9. Now, Sarah and Emily Mathison will come to the ambo to give a talk about their mission work.
