Announcements for the Week of 3/8/2026

1. We know how fast and busy life can be, so we would like to remind everyone that we have two Stations of the Cross on Fridays during Lent, after the 12:10 PM Mass and at 6 PM. You are more than welcome to join us.
2. Next weekend, March 14 and 15, we will have our UIM Commitment Weekend. Thank you so much to all donors who participated in the 2025 Appeal. Please remember that your contributions go a long way to meet the needs of the Diocese. For more information about how the money is used, please see the brochure in the pews, the back of the church, and on parish media.
3. Next weekend, we will take the second collection for Catholic Relief Services, which enables the Holy Father to respond with emergency financial assistance for requests to aid the neediest throughout the world – those who suffer as a result of war, oppression, and natural disasters. By supporting the Catholic Relief Services collection, you are helping fulfill the Church’s call to be a peacemaker in regions affected by armed conflict, poverty, and shortages of necessary resources. Thank you for your donations.
4. There will be no OCIA or NMMI Mass next weekend due to Spring Break.
5. On Saturday, March 21, at 11 AM, we will have a Posture Workshop with Dr. Tomasz Jankowski, Director of Therapy Operations at Eastern NM Medical Center, in the parish hall. If you are interested in participating, please call the office no later than Wednesday, March 18. For more information, please check the poster in the back of the church and on parish media.
6. The Grief Share support group is starting a new session on March 24 and will take place on Tuesdays at 1:30 PM in St. Peter’s Community Room. Please see the flyer on the bulletin board or call St. Peter’s for more information.
7. On the weekend of March 21 and 22, the Bethlehem Nativity Group will sell goods from the Holy Land after Masses. This is a good time to buy gifts for Confirmation or Easter.
8. On Sunday, March 29, we will celebrate Palm Sunday, and on March 30, as every year, we’ll have the Parish Lenten Reconciliation Service at 6 PM. But first, Bishop Baldaccino would like to invite everyone to celebrate the Chrism Mass with the priests from our Diocese on Tuesday, March 24 at 5 PM. Next weekend, we’ll provide more information.
