Parish Announcements for the Week of 4/21/2025

1. The Knights of Columbus will hold their annual Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow/today at 2 PM. Bring your kids, up to the age of ten, to the parish hall.

2. There will be no youth group this Sunday so that families can spend time together for Easter.

3. Please return your donations for Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowls in the Sunday Mass collections, send them with your children to Youth Faith Formation classes, or take them to the Church office. You can either bring the cash you have been collecting or write a check to Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Please mark your donations for CRS Rice Bowl. Thank you to all who have chosen CRS Rice Bowls for your Lenten almsgiving!

4. We’ll have an extra Mass in the Day Chapel on Wednesday, April 23, at 4 PM, during which a few NMMI cadets will be confirmed. All parishioners are welcome to participate.

5. On Divine Mercy Sunday, April 27, we will have Adoration in the church at 3 PM.

6. Next weekend, we will have the second collection for Catholic Home Missions, which provides funds for a wide range of pastoral services, including evangelization, religious education, and the maintenance of mission parishes, the training of seminarians and lay ministers, and ministry with ethnic groups. Our own diocese benefits from the appeal that is happening in churches throughout the country. Thank you for all your donations!
