Announcements for the Week of 9/27/2026
1. There will be no Reconciliation or Mass this Tuesday, September 29, due to the Vicariate Meeting.
2. Anderson Bethany will be holding a free informative workshop on funeral planning, this Tuesday, September 29th at 11:30 AM in the parish hall. Please see the flyer on the bulletin boards for RSVP information.
3. The Feast Day for St. Francis of Assisi is on Sunday, October 4th. At 1 PM, we will have a blessing of the animals in the church pavilion.
4. It is that time of year to bring the names of deceased loved ones to the parish to pray for the repose of their souls. Starting next weekend, we will have All Souls’ envelopes available in the pews. These envelopes can be dropped in the offering basket or brought to the church office. Please include which Mass - 5:30 PM, 9 AM, or 11 AM - you attend. Also, print their names legibly so that they can be read correctly.
5. The Las Cruces Diocese will be having their annual Blue Mass for First Responders on Tuesday, September 29 at 6 PM in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Las Cruces.
6. If anyone responsible for a ministry would like to include something in the next weekend’s bulletin, please send it to the parish office by Monday at 5 PM.
7. From Fr. Francis: we will start having a fellowship breakfast on the second Sunday of every month, after both the 9 and 11 AM Masses. The Men’s Group have graciously offered to cook breakfast for parishioners.
