Announcements for the Week of 10/19/2025

1. The ushers will now take the second collection for World Mission Sunday. Thank you for your donations!

 

2. All Souls envelopes are available in the back of the church for you to print the names of your deceased family members and friends. These envelopes can be dropped in the offering basket or brought to the church office. We will pray for them throughout November Masses and Adorations. Please include which Mass 5:30 PM, 9 AM, or 11 AM, you prefer the names to be read.

 

3. We are starting to upgrade our parish data of registered parishioners. The new registration form is available in the bulletin, in the back of the church, and on the parish website. The new form has information about children who are now college students, and children 21 and older will need to fill out their own forms. For more information, please check the poster in the back of the church.

 

4. Citizens for Life will be holding a Life Chain event on Sunday, October 26, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM on Main Street, in front of Pioneer Plaza. Life Chain is a peaceful, prayerful public witness of pro-life individuals standing in remembrance of at least 65 million lives lost to abortion and praying for our nation, for people in crisis situations, and for a permanent end to abortion. Please join Citizens for Life next Sunday, and feel free to bring a folding chair if you are unable to stand for the hour.

 

5. Fr. Patrick, the pastor at St. Peter’s Church, is organizing a pilgrimage, Discover the Shrines of Italy, that will take place next September. For more information, please check the poster in the back of the church.

 

6. The men’s group, That Man is You, had their first meeting this last Saturday-. They will continue to meet on Saturdays from 7 to 8:30 AM. All men are welcome.

 

7. Now, Philomena will come to the ambo to give an announcement about the Altar & Rosary Bazaar and raffle tickets, which are on sale for $5 each or 5 for $20.
